    We're thrilled to announce our 14,000th idea submission to My Contribution (MyC) thanks to Gemma Pilling, Technical Training Coordinator on the M25 Junction 10/A3 Wisley Interchange project! 🎉👏 Gemma’s innovative idea involves using an existing training area on the project site to deliver essential Advanced Engineers EUSR training locally on site, cutting costs and saving travel time. This initiative has the potential to benefit multiple Highways projects, improving productivity and efficiency across the board.
