Today, we support #WorldMentalHealthDay. 🧠❤️️ This year's focus is workplace mental health, and there is an excellent reason why. ℹ️ Throughout 2022-2023, an estimated 875,000 workers were suffering from work-related stress, depression or anxiety, resulting in 17.1 million working days lost, according to the Health & Safety Executive. At Magnomatics, we are looking to address this head-on. 🎯 We have spent the morning gathering together, sharing resources and encouraging the team to talk openly with one another. As Operations Director, Joe Kitchen stated this morning, 💬 "World Mental Health Day provides us with a prompt to pause and make sure we continually check in with colleagues." We plan to build on the already supportive culture we nurture at Magnomatics.
