Preparing a beautiful cup of coffee is not only about impressive latte art. During the SCA Barista Professional course at our Matthew Algie London Academy, we focus on all small details that make a customer experience an exceptional one 🌱 origins, varieties, processing 🌄 how altitude and latitude can impact coffee density 💧water makes around 90%of espresso shot, it can change the most beautiful coffee beans into a flat, chalky beverage, but, we can test and treat water accordingly 🐄 milk processing and keeping it at the optimum quality 💰 calculating the break-even point or contribution margin ☕️ practice makes perfect, so we worked on finding the perfect water-to-coffee ratio and then complimented the espresso with silky textured milk, finished with beautiful latte art congratulations to all my students for passing their exams 👏 👏 Ramona Būga, Marta, James and Dario ☕️👏
