  • Through our partnerships with employers like Sparkles Cleaning Services Wales & West Ltd in Wales, we’re helping jobseekers with disabilities and health conditions to access sustainable, long-term employment.   Since 2021, Sparkles has been supporting those on our employment support programmes such as the Work and Health Programme and the Restart Scheme by offering work trials instead of formal interviews.   Learn more about how we’re working together in our latest video: https://lnkd.in/e7nr4Qni #Employment #Partnerships #Wales

Communities thrive when services are designed around their unique needs. Which is why we created our Community Partnership Network (CPN).  As devolution drives more localised provision, it is more important than ever that services are better aligned and integrated, reducing duplication and improving access to support. With more than 300 public, private and third sector organisations, the network brings together like-minded partners who share a vision and commitment to delivering localised, responsive solutions.  Hear from our Head of Community Partnerships, Charis Green, as she shares how collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. #CommunityPartnershipNetwork #LocalSolutions #Collaboration

  • Today we welcomed Wes Streeting MP to our Ilford site to learn more about the employment support programmes we deliver in his constituency. We are proud to have supported thousands of people in the local area to find work through our delivery of the Restart Scheme and Work and Health Programme. Our local team, programme participants, employer partners, and members of our Community Partnership Network engaged in meaningful discussions about our delivery and the important link between health and work. #TransformingLives

  • Since the launch of the Refugee Employability Programme (REP) in September 2023, we’ve helped over 2,500 refugees in the West Midlands and the North West.    Through tailored employment support, refugees are empowered to overcome barriers to work and build long-term careers in the UK.    As REP comes to an end in June, our latest research report from Dr Andy Holroyde explores our delivery of the programme and how the insights gained can inform future provision of refugee employability services: https://lnkd.in/eiznu4Pa

  • Sam joined the Restart Scheme looking to change his life and fulfil his dream of opening his own restaurant. With a passion for serving fresh Afro-Caribbean food and support from his Employment Advisor, Sam was able to enhance his skills and connect with our Community Partnership Network member, RIFT Social Enterprise, who provided him with the facilities and training needed to help his business thrive. Find out more about how the Restart Scheme supported Sam in our latest article: https://lnkd.in/dX_pD9Fu #Business #EmployabilitySupport #TransformingLives
