🚀 MCR Property Group has secured Blenheim Court in Solihull for just over £13 million, completing the transaction in just five days—a testament to our ability to move quickly in acquiring high-quality commercial assets. Blenheim Court offers 145,836 sq ft of grade A office space across Radcliffe House and Chadwick House, with flexible suites ranging from 4,000 to 14,000 sq ft. The development is already home to high-calibre occupiers, reinforcing its strength as a key business hub. While continuing to provide top-tier office space, MCR is also exploring long-term opportunities, including a potential mixed-use scheme with over 200 apartments. This marks MCR’s third major commercial acquisition of 2025, following CityPark in Glasgow and Moorside in York, as we continue securing well-located office developments with strong growth potential.
