This means that every member of our team, including our third-party contracted staff, earns the real Living Wage. The real Living Wage is independently calculated based on the actual cost of living and is higher than the government’s National Living Wage. It currently stands at £12 per hour across the UK and £13.15 per hour for London, reflecting the higher cost of living in the capital. Why is this important? We believe that a hard day’s work deserves fair pay.   • We are excited to announce the practical completion of our first housing development under the newly launched Zentra Homes brand – One Meadow, Victoria Road in Eccleshill, West Yorkshire. 24 high-specification homes 3.5 miles from Bradford and 9.5 miles from Leeds. This project, completed by principal contractor JACK LUNN LIMITED was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Acanthus WSM Architects, ABA Consult, Crookes Walker Consulting Limited, and Cushman & Wakefield. The release of the site was facilitated by the former occupier’s relocation, allowing for future expansion in Bradford while helping to retain valuable jobs in the area. Sales and marketing are now underway through WW Estates and William H Brown. Jason Upton, CEO of Zentra Group PLC, commented: “We are delighted to complete Victoria Road, Eccleshill, our first new build housing project and the first to be delivered under our newly launched Zentra Homes brand.   • We are pleased to update our development managed One Victoria development in Manchester has successfully topped out, on programme which has been an exceptional milestone for the team involved. We marked the occasion with a final concrete pour, highlighting the progress of our project, which features 129 self-contained apartments across two buildings. We extend our gratitude to Torsion Construction our principal contractor, along with Day Architects, Innov8 (Employers Agent), Civic Structural Design Engineers, PDA Acousticians, CWC Manchester & Liverpool MEP, UI Consulting, and our dedicated on-site team and sub-contractors for their dedication and collaboration on this flagship development. The next steps include the installation of the external façade and “fitting out” of our internal works, with a permanent lift installations scheduled for early June 24. The project is on track to achieve Practical Completion Q2 2025 and these luxury apartments are now on sale - if you would like more information please contact our sales team.
