The gender pay gap widens with age, and menopause plays a role. 😳 As the data shows, women facing menopause are more likely to go part-time, avoid promotions, or even leave their jobs altogether. These decisions are often driven by a lack of workplace support and understanding, which not only impacts individual careers but also widens the gender pay gap. 📁 How can we bridge this gap? By creating menopause-friendly workplaces, we can empower employees to continue thriving in their roles without compromising career progression. 💡 if you want to find out what organisations do to retain and support talent through menopause? Please get in touch. ☎️ #MenopauseAwareness #GenderPayGap #WorkplaceEquality #EmployeeWellbeing #MenopauseFriendly #InclusiveWorkplace #CareerSupport
