📢Dear LinkedIn Network, I need your help! I’m beyond grateful to have received a last-minute charity place from Wellbeing of Women to run the London Marathon Events on April 27, 2025. The London Marathon is not only the most challenging one to get a spot to (6% of applicants are able to stand at the start line) but it is also the the world’s biggest one-day fundraising event. In 2024 fundraising partners and charity runners raised £73.5 million for various causes. Being part of this is a true privilege for me, an opportunity I’m determined to make count. Women’s health has been underfunded and overlooked for too long. Through this run, I want to contribute to changing that. My goal is to raise £2,500 to support research that will transform lives, ensuring that women everywhere receive the care, knowledge, and resources they deserve. 🏃♀️💜If you’d like to support my journey and this amazing cause, please consider donating through the link below—every contribution, big or small, makes a difference and it goes directly to the charity: https://lnkd.in/dBANG6fk #LondonMarathon #Fundraising WiBF

    On-boarding & Systems Trainer | CSG Talent 💻

CSG Talent Padel Tournament for Wellbeing of Women 🎾 The last 2 weeks summarised in photos below.. Huge Well Done & THANK YOU to everyone who took part, some serious talent amongst our lot... but, there could only be one winning pair... 🥁 Tim & Abby 🥁 Just over 5 weeks until my Madrid Marathon (*internally cries*) and I'm incredibly proud to have raised over £1.3K so far... over double my initial target! Very timely off the back of International Women's day and March being Endometriosis Awareness Month, which is one of the main reasons I'm raising money for Wellbeing of Women. This fantastic charity is helping change the lives of women and babies living with these types of chronic conditions. If you could spare a couple of quid, the link to my Just Giving page is in the comments below 🤍.. I can guarantee it'll go a long way.. and help push me through the final few long runs (crawls)! 🏃♀️➡️ So, what next?... Did someone say a Leeds vs. Manchester office tourney? 👀🥎 #lifeatcsg

I work with some insane people, like seriously insane. Max Brennan, MSc & Tom Weir are taking on the ultimate test of endurance - The IRONMAN Group in Leeds on the 27th of July! For those that don't know, this means a 3,801m swim, a 178.3km bike ride, and a 42.8km run, all in one go 🫣 As part of this, we've chosen to support Wellbeing of Women and raise money to support women’s health research, which remains a hugely underfunded space. By supporting our fundraising, you're helping to drive vital research, influence policy, and improve healthcare for women everywhere. Every donation will go directly to the amazing work the team at Wellbeing of Women are doing - link is in the comments if you would like to drop us a donation 💛

  • 🌟 Supporting Women's Health in the Workplace 🌟 Our brilliant ambassador, Helen Tomlinson, recently gave an insightful talk at the Health and Wellbeing at Work Expo at the NEC, discussing the importance of supporting women's health in the workplace. 👩⚕️💼 We were there talking to HR, DEI, Wellbeing professionals and anyone with a passion for women’s health about how our Employer Membership Programme supports workplaces with the tools and resources they need to support women throughout their working lives. Helen highlighted key women's health challenges – from menstrual health to menopause – and how they can have a significant impact on productivity, wellbeing, and overall job satisfaction. It's crucial for employers to create an environment that not only supports these issues but actively works to reduce stigma, and ensure employees feel comfortable seeking the help they need and women are actively supported to progress in their career. Helen also shared strategies employers can take to better support their female staff, including the importance of education, allyship, lived experience and active leadership, highlighting the need for all four pillars to operate in conjunction, as well links between hormonal and physical symptoms with mental health and financial health. The audience were introduced the concept of ‘bring a bloke’ [to women’s health training, meetings and events], highlighting the importance of men understanding women’s health and the crucial role they play.
