This strong financial performance has set the stage for the largest-ever pipeline in our history, positioning us for even greater success in the coming years. As we celebrate our achievements, we also want to share a leadership transition. After 19 years of dedicated service, Nick Gill will be leaving David Phillips. Under Nick's visionary leadership, we have transformed from a local operation into the market-leading provider of residential furniture for the UK property and real estate sector. Nick also successfully established our international presence in Australia, Asia, and the UAE. His resilience and determination guided us through a successful turnaround between 2017-2019 and the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nick is currently facilitating a seamless transition, and we are immensely grateful for his invaluable contributions. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Nick for his unwavering dedication and leadership. We are also excited to announce that Ben Munn will be joining David Phillips as our new CEO.
