Coombe Lane is a newly developed 4-bedroom family home in Wimbledon, combining elegant and contemporary living. Heading the project, our interior stylist, Laura Stothard, curated the interior scheme with textured furniture, natural materials and warm tones to create a homely and welcoming atmosphere. When asked how she created a balanced contemporary interior style with a cosy feel, Laura shared: "The exposed brick wall already set a warm tone for the room. To this, I paired warm wood-toned furniture with an earthy colour palette through the soft furnishings and accessories, creating depth and interest throughout the space." The challenge in the bedroom area was to ensure that each room felt distinct despite the similar spatial layout. Bespoke elements, such as elegant, patterned headboards, provided a real feature of the space. Different colour hues were woven into interior accessories and artwork, enabling each bedroom to feel uniquely distinct. Could this look like your next interior scheme?

Luxury and sustainability should go hand in hand. As a trusted name in UK home staging, we’ve had the privilege of styling and facilitating sales for some of the country’s most prestigious luxury and super-prime properties. Recently, we joined other industry leaders to share our perspective in The Future’s Green: Balancing Luxury Property and Sustainability, a report curated by The Luxury Property Forum and We are PRIME.™. Sustainable solutions in the luxury property sector are becoming a client expectation, particularly among Millennial and Gen Z ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). Here is a snapshot from the report: -Leading property companies are increasingly balancing distinctive aesthetics with eco-conscious practices by using renewable materials, integrating energy-efficient technologies, and adopting principles like the circular economy. - Reusing and incorporating recycled materials are key for designers and developers. This not only reduces environmental impact but also elevates interiors by showcasing natural imperfections and celebrating artisanal craftsmanship. - Whilst higher costs and regulatory complexities remain significant barriers, the luxury sector is well-positioned to absorb these challenges, aligning eco-conscious efforts with its premium offerings. - Industry leaders are collaborating to share knowledge, set benchmarks, and innovate collectively, working together to accelerate progress and establish sustainable practices as the norm in luxury development. As we continue to grow our business further, we remain committed to selecting from our existing, select range of considered interior design pieces, ensuring operational efficiency, and leveraging eco-friendly practices that minimise negative outputs. Luxury is at the heart of the design of this exquisite one-bedroomed apartment in one of London’s most prestigious areas, Mayfair. Designed by Burbeck Interiors the apartment includes a bespoke kitchen with hidden appliances, a sumptuous bathroom featuring our brassware, and a bedroom with House of Hackney’s iconic Limerence Ink wallpaper. Showcasing luxurious materials, bespoke craftsmanship and cutting edge design, the result is a cohesive and elevated space. Form and function were key to the design, with the aesthetics and practicality of the elements balancing each other beautifully to conjure up an alluring design that delivers the utmost in comfort and practicality. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the bathroom, where our Landmark Pure basin filler in a Country Bronze finish embodies the narrative with its exquisite design that nods to the Bauhaus aesthetic and bespoke craftsmanship featuring precision-crafted and hand-polished brass. And the finish adds the finishing touch with the warm Country Bronze hue injecting additional richness that enhances the intimate feel of the scheme. Thoughtful interior layouts, high-quality finishes, and turnkey solutions allow properties to sell faster while meeting the elevated expectations of buyers. 🔹 The rise of branded residences Branded residential complexes, particularly in high-demand areas, continue to attract buyers with their reputation for quality and prestige. This reflects the trends seen in Middle Eastern cities such as Dubai, where demand is surging as investors see these properties as long-term assets. 🔹 Technology and innovation as market drivers AI, data-driven design, and smart home automation are revolutionising luxury real estate. From AI-driven project management to AR/VR property viewings, digital integration is reshaping how properties are designed, built, and sold. 🔹 Sustainability as a non-negotiable The future of luxury is green. High-end buyers are prioritising eco-conscious materials, responsible supply chains, and energy-efficient homes that adapt to their needs. Reflecting this week's The List by House & Garden theme, we present a serene living space with architectural shelving. Set against a backdrop of soft white and light grey tones, the shelving unit becomes the focal point, enhanced by the integrated lighting. To soften the space, we introduced floor-to-ceiling off-white curtains, bringing an airy elegance that balances the room’s clean lines. Thoughtfully styled with a curated selection of books, ceramics, and sculptural accessories, the shelving introduces organic shapes that contrast beautifully with its linear form—creating a cohesive and inviting aesthetic.
