According to the IEA, global #electricity generation will increase by 76% by 2050. Gas peaker plants will play a critical role in supporting electricity demand and in #stabilizing our grid system as we transition to intermittent renewable energy sources like #solar and #wind. Last week our colleague Dino Pezzella spoke at the Global Energy Transition Congress and Exhibition in Milan, #Italy as part of a roundtable on the growing demand for power and its implications on global electrification and net zero goals.
