Together we can build a space for creativity and community 💛 Modern Art Oxford is changing and we need your help. From June we’ll be closed whilst our ground floor is transformed into a new space for creativity and community. We need to raise £25,000 to ensure our new ground and lower-ground floors are accessible, engaging, and inspiring spaces for all. ✨ Help us create: - A brand new ground floor gallery will host exhibitions celebrating Oxford's community. - A new, dedicated studio space will provide year round creative workshops, sensory play and evening classes. - A refurbished entrance and shop. - An artist designed cafe. - A social space with areas for laptop users, unseen archive material and interactive digital displays. We had a wonderful session at Modern Art Oxford for our monthly session on Saturday. We spent the day making our own slime and play-doh, as well as visiting the new exhibition at the gallery. The children enjoyed getting messy and making new friends. Lovely to see our regulars and also some new families who came for their first session.
