    📣 Awaiting the Upcoming Budget: What Could It Mean for Recruitment?🤔 As we await the Labour government’s Budget announcement, there’s no doubt that recruitment leaders and businesses across the UK are closely watching potential changes. Key questions are surfacing especially around NI contributions. Will the Budget bring an increase in NI for employers? If so, this could push some businesses toward short-term hiring strategies, affecting job stability and adding pressure to recruitment processes. However, there may also be some opportunities. Labour has signalled an interest in business rates reform and support for skills development, which could provide relief for organisations with physical office spaces. Multisite industries would particularly benefit from this such as retail and hospitality, which would bring some much needed relief and take some pressure off of their bottom line. In the face of this uncertainty, we’re preparing to adapt and support our clients with flexible solutions, helping them meet both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
