As part of MTC’s wellbeing calendar we are celebrating #Movember, to raise awareness of mental health we were joined by Dylan Swanepoel who gave a lunch and learn to colleagues at MTC on mental health, sharing his own powerful journey and experience. Dylan is a mental health champion, advocate and presenter of the podcast Live Learn Life and we were fortunate to hear Dylan’s story and his tools for improving wellbeing. Some important takeaways include forming good habits, cleansing social media to improve self-messaging, taking time to reflect, shifting your mindset and using your community as a tool to help your mental wellbeing.
