Here's something I wrote about musicians, peer groups and contact bias theory. Do exclusive groups help or hinder, especially when it comes to musicians, should we segregate into specific factors? It might look like I’m just shouting down a microphone. It might look like they’re just playing a guitar, but with that comes all the stress because you do it one night, fantastic. You got to do it ten more times now, and with that, comes exhaustion. Do I want to be doing it anymore?’ It's important we amplify the voices of real musicians and their struggles.
