The importance of hiring well in early-stage start-ups cannot be understated. Founders and talent operators joined us last night to discuss how to successfully grow their team. We covered many areas including: 🤗 Setting a founder-led company culture and how to assess new recruits for culture-add, rather than just culture-fit 📈 Being transparent around salary ranges and when to use industry benchmarking for budgeting 🌎 When is it worthwhile hiring remote teams, for what purpose and what are the common pitfalls?
