We are looking for businesses like yours, whatever your baking ability, to design and build their own gingerbread building. We are so excited to have Architect and TV presenter George Clarke and Helen Doyle, Head Pastry Chef at Cafe 21, joining us to judge your creations at an exclusive event on 3 December. All of the biscuity buildings will be placed together to make up Gingerbread Street, which will be exhibited at The Biscuit Factory throughout December.
