“A newspaper engages people in a more personal way while also serving as guerrilla marketing.” – Holly Chapman, head of brand at Papier As part of their Just Start campaign, Papier launched The Papier Post – a newspaper filled with essays, interviews and advice on turning creative ambition into action. "We’ve repurposed the content for our social channels to maximise it, and it’s performed so well," says Holly. "Tons of engagement so far!” Designed in-house and printed on our tabloids: https://lnkd.in/dEyTKwd

  • Peace Coffee’s new tasting guide captures their passion for fairtrade and climate-friendly coffee. Designed for their corporate sales kit, it pairs with a bold broadsheet for a storytelling-driven approach. “The newspaper format is really fun to work with,” says designer Abby Haddican. “You can pace out your storytelling and have fun with the scale of the designs.” Printed on our mini newspapers: https://lnkd.in/dUp4Eqv

It's been a busy few weeks speaking with Edinburgh College of Art and Manchester School of Art students about their undergrad and masters graphic design projects, and how newsprint can be a flexible and affordable format to share your work. Thanks Katie Jones, Marco Scerri, Donald Soutar for inviting Newspaper Club to speak with your students

🟦⬛🟥🟨 B2B marketing at Publicis Pro

📰 Extra! Extra! Read all about it 📰 We've printed a newspaper! Yep, a B2B tabloid that you can physically hold. Called Untrended. Untrended is the collected thoughts, opinion, hot takes and cool insights from across our business. Every article takes on a topic to do with the business world or marketing, with the brief to be interesting, insightful and entertaining. To do that, we’ve taken our cues from zines and counter culture publications. The best thing about it. You can grab a copy to read! Either hit me up for coffee, swing by our office or fill in the form on this post. https://lnkd.in/eyykDWqa Newspaper Club, Publicis Pro #b2bmarketing

I've been sending out email newsletters to 3,500+ people every quarter for the past six years, but for the most part, they haven’t led to much. Occasionally, I’ll get a response like, “Loving the new work!” or “Looks great, Max,” but nothing beyond that. It’s been confusing because my goal was to build community and spark real conversations through my work and newsletter. Recently, though, I’ve been connecting with more people in person, and they'll say, “I get your newsletters, and I love them! I even referred a producer friend to your work.” That’s when I realized—it was working behind the scenes, just not in the way I expected. I also started mailing out physical newsprints to clients I really want to work with, and the response has been even stronger than with emails. There’s something about narrowing your focus to a smaller group of aligned clients and making them your priority that really makes an impact. Newsprints by Newspaper Club
