Having launched soft paywalls on our larger local sites four years ago, we have now reached the milestone of 100,000 paying digital subscribers - exceeding our expectations. And the overall audience to Newsquest’s sites continues to grow with 187 million page views in August, a new record. To put that in context, the Brighton Argus alone had 8.9 million online views of its articles last month. #trustedlocalnews

From January and throughout 2024, we will join forces with national child protection charity NSPCC in its 140th anniversary year.
