Another informative, useful and well attended Procurement session this morning from Lee Maskell Faithorn Farrell Timms on Contract Notices of the new Procurement Act 2023. Lee guided us through the new expectations on notices, which will see the current 4 requirements increase up to 12 across the full lifecycle of a contract, highlighting the opportunities and challenges this brings to both the client and contractor along the way. The next session on ‘Conditions of Participation’ is planned for 22nd November. Please email aimen.khalil@m3h.co.uk to join the session. If you were unable to attend, slides and recordings from all of Lee’s sessions will be available soon. #watchthisspace #procurement #contractors #serviceproviders #bestpractice #socialhousing #ukhousing #ProcurementAct
