Another informative, useful and well attended Procurement session this morning from Lee Maskell Faithorn Farrell Timms on Contract Notices of the new Procurement Act 2023. Lee guided us through the new expectations on notices, which will see the current 4 requirements increase up to 12 across the full lifecycle of a contract, highlighting the opportunities and challenges this brings to both the client and contractor along the way.
