Carlene works for Rangeford Villages as Senior Development Manager. She is contractor turned client, so has a wealth of experience within the construction sector and has worked with leading developers/housebuilders. Carlene is passionate about creating beautiful homes where any resident regardless of age or tenure, love living. She believes in creating communities by building quality developments. Nominated and a finalist for CITB 'Most influential women in construction' 2024, Carlene truly cares about equality within our sector. Known for her collaborative approach, Carlene has supported teams in creating retirement communities across various organisations. Carlene believes in doing it right the first time, so her insight into ensuring we not only recruit the adequate numbers, but the adequate experience into the sector (whether development or operations), will make for a very interesting panel discussion. Passionate about community empowerment, Danielle focuses on regeneration to create lasting benefits for local residents. Known for exceeding targets and fostering transformative change, she specialises in reaching hard-to-reach demographics. Previously part of The Housing Forum's Futures Network 2023-2024 cohort and now serves as Chair for the 2024-2025 cohort, expanding her network and gaining valuable industry insights. Danielle has great insight into the Skills Shortage, and spent a lot of time researching, understanding and looking at ways to overcome the Skills Shortage through the Housing Forums Futures Network.
