The most common symptoms of heart failure are: 🔴 Breathlessness 🔴 Exhaustion 🔴 Swollen ankles 📣 If you have any of these symptoms, get it checked by your GP. ⚠️ Catching heart failure early is important as the sooner it is diagnosed, the sooner you can start the right treatment for you. 🎉🏆😃 We are Linen Quarter Pétanque champs 2024! 😃🏆🎉 Our staff team played a nail-biting final match against Invest Northern Ireland today, but came out on top with 13-9 points and walked away with the coveted pétanque trophy! 🏆 A massive well done to our staff Pétanque players, Gareth “Snoop Dogg” McGleenon, Ali “Left Hand Lucy” Patterson, Paddy “The Titan” Trainor and Christine “The Dunk” Duncan! A special shout out also to players Shirley “The Hammer” Holmes and “Long Arm” Sarah Herron who helped get us to the final! We had a blast taking part! Thanks to the Linen Quarter BID for organizing the tournament, the referees and to all 28 companies who took part. Roll on 2025!!
