🔵 📣We had the privilege of attending The Harris Federation’s conference at the Excel Centre yesterday, where we showcased our fully-funded Senior Leadership Apprenticeship (Level 7) and Masters in Education. Our Course Leader, Alex Hawthorn, joined a panel of apprenticeship experts, answering key questions from Harris Federation staff, before delivering a thought-provoking and engaging session on ‘penguin leadership.’ Attendees were encouraged to reflect on their own leadership styles through the lens of penguins, sparking great conversation and plenty of laughs!
