Team Bonding at the UEFA EURO U-21 Qualifier! ⚽ We had a great team outing on Friday at AFC Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium, watching the UEFA U21 European Championship qualifier between England U-21 and Ukraine U-21. It was a tense, hard-fought match, with Ukraine taking the lead, but England made a dramatic comeback thanks to two last-minute goals in the 88th and 90+2 minutes! ⚽🙌 We were fortunate enough to experience it from two hospitality boxes 🍽️🎟️, making the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to everyone who made it a fantastic evening of football, food, and camaraderie! 😊 Looking forward to more moments like these! ⚽🎉 #NorcoComposites #TeamOuting #Football #UEFAU21 #VitalityStadium #EnglandU21 #HospitalityExperience #TeamBonding

🚴♂️ Norco/Primera Team Jobs Social Ride 🚴♀️ Norco are proud to sponsor the Primera TeamJobs race team, and as a thank you for our support, Jason Gault and the team arranged a fantastic ride out with some of the Norco staff. We kicked things off at Norco's headquarters before heading off through the beautiful Dorset countryside. We were out for a solid 2.5 hours, tackling the climbs and enjoying the great weather. The Norco riders had a brilliant time cycling alongside the Primera lads. And of course, like all great bike rides, we wrapped up the day with coffee and cake! ☕🍰 Who’s joining us for the rematch in the spring? Let us know in the comments! 🚴♂️🌱 Ned Popham Adam D. A blast from the past! ⏳ Shaun Beauchamp, our Production Manager, visited Bridport Community Hospital yesterday and spotted something special— the sundial we made at our Willis Way factory over 25 years ago! 🕰️ Still looking as good as the day it was installed, it's a testament to the quality and workmanship our team puts into everything we do. 👏 #Workmanship #ProudMoment #TimelessDesign #Throwback #NorcoComposites

🚴♂️ Day 9: The Finale! 🚴♂️ A huge congratulations to Ned for completing this epic journey, and also a massive achievement for Chris—what an incredible challenge they've undertaken! Lands End to John O'Groats: 980 miles on the saddle—what an adventure it has been, filled with highs and lows, memorable moments (both good and bad), and some of the most breathtaking scenery the country has to offer. 🌅 Early Start: The day began at 5:20am with breakfast, setting off in the darkness just after 6am. 🏞️ The Climb: A gentle 25-mile climb along the banks of the River Shin and past the edge of Loch Shin, followed by breathtaking views towards Loch Naver after reaching the summit. The first pit stop was at Altnaharra, famous for midges, but fortunately, they stayed away! 🌊 Coastline in Sight: After continuing along the Loch and River Naver, the coastline finally appeared at the 50-mile mark—the first glimpse of the sea since Land’s End! From there, it was another 55 miles along the coast. 🌧️ Final Push: The last 15 miles were through cold, heavy drizzle, but as Ned arrived at John O’Groats, the clouds cleared, giving a perfect finish to this incredible journey. 💥 Acknowledging Support: A huge thank you to everyone who supported them along the way—your donations, encouragement, and kind words kept them going through the toughest days. They couldn’t have done it without you! 💪 Chris’s Contribution: Although Chris had to finish his journey in Edinburgh, his dedication and strength through the toughest parts of this ride are something to be proud of. They couldn’t have come this far without him. 📸 Final Reflection: This has been more than just a ride—it’s been an experience they will never forget. The challenges faced together, the incredible landscapes, and the cause they’ve been riding for have made this journey truly unforgettable. 💥 Fundraising Update: With £5,710 raised so far, let’s give one final push to reach the £6,000 goal for Teenage Cancer Trust! Every bit of support helps. 💪 👉 Support the cause: https://lnkd.in/dX4g9A7X #TeenageCancerTrust #NorcoComposites #LEJOG #LEJOG2024 #RideAcrossBritain #Fundraising #Day9

🚴♂️ Day 8: Highlands, Part 2 – Whisky Country! Today marked the penultimate day of Ned’s incredible journey, with the finish line almost in sight! The day began with a gentle 5-mile warm-up before Ned tackled the climb to Lecht, one of the toughest sections of the entire route. Though relatively short, it was brutal, with a punishing 1km ascent followed by a brief rest, then a final 1.5km push to the top. From there, Ned enjoyed a beautiful descent into Whisky Country, where the roads were dotted with signs to famous distilleries. After yet another tough climb, he made his way toward Inverness, crossing the windy Beauly Firth Bridge. Sticking to lower ground, he crossed the Cromarty Firth before facing the final steady climb of the day. The day ended with a descent toward Bonar Bridge, with Ned finishing at the Kyle of Sutherland. 💥 Fundraising Update: Ned has raised £5,685 so far, inching closer to the £6,000 goal for Teenage Cancer Trust! Let’s give it one last push before tomorrow’s finish. Every donation makes a difference! 💪 👉 Support the cause: https://lnkd.in/dX4g9A7X #TeenageCancerTrust #NorcoComposites #LEJOG #LEJOG2024 #RideAcrossBritain #Fundraising #Day8

🚴♂️ Day 7: Highlands, Part 1 🚴♂️ 💔 Sad News: With a heavy heart, we share that Chris has had to end his journey in Edinburgh. Although he’s bitterly disappointed not to complete the last three days, the distance he’s covered and the tough conditions faced are challenges few would even undertake. He should be incredibly proud. Chris had been feeling low for a couple of days, and this morning, heavy cold symptoms set in. Despite his determination, he had to stop at the top of the first climb. We wish him a swift recovery. 🌅 Ned Continues: After the difficult start, he crossed the Forth Bridge at sunrise and rode 40 miles to our first stop at Perth Racecourse. From there, he pressed north towards Glenshee, the highest road in the UK. 🏞️ Highlands Challenge: The steady climb quickly turned into a punishing 2-mile ascent to the summit. The second pit stop, set against the backdrop of Glenshee Ski Centre, was cold but welcome. A thrilling descent followed, but the last two climbs of the day drained the remaining energy from our legs. 🏕️ End of Day: Ned finished at Strathdon, in a field once used for the Highland Games. 💥 Fundraising Update: The total raised is now at £5,590. Let’s push towards the £6,000 target for Teenage Cancer Trust and Chris! Every bit helps. 💪 👉 Support the cause: https://lnkd.in/dX4g9A7X #TeenageCancerTrust #NorcoComposites #LEJOG #LEJOG2024 #RideAcrossBritain #Fundraising #Day7

🚴♂️ Day 6: Hello, Bonnie Scotland! 🚴♂️ Ned and Chris have crossed the border and officially entered Scotland! ☀️ Weather: Clear skies and no rain! It was a cold start, but they were glad to stay dry as they left base camp and headed towards Gretna Green. 🏞️ Scenery: The landscapes opened up and may have even outshone yesterday’s stunning views. They took on the steep climb of the aptly named Devil’s Beef Tub (something to do with cattle rustling, apparently!). 🎶 A Warm Welcome: At the second stop, they were greeted by a traditional pipe band—no doubt about it, they’re in Scotland now! 🚴♂️ The Final Stretch: With 35 miles to go, they made their way to Edinburgh, passing the iconic Forth Bridges with the looming Highlands in the distance—a sign of what’s to come. 💥 Fundraising Update: The total raised is now at £5,575, but let’s help them reach their £6,000 goal for Teenage Cancer Trust! Every bit counts. 💪 👉 Support the cause: https://lnkd.in/dX4g9A7X #TeenageCancerTrust #NorcoComposites #LEJOG #LEJOG2024 #RideAcrossBritain #Fundraising #Day6
