Norco Composites & GRP are ready for the Bournemouth Air Festival #STEM Marquee! But why? Because we need to inspire the next generation into Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths subjects to enable fantastic events like this. To demonstrate STEM in composites we have the Norco built RNLI Shannon Class suspension seat, with our small scale demonstrator showing the benefits of carbon fibre compared to steel. We had a fantastic Family Afternoon at Lytchett Minster RFC, filled with fun, food, and a great community spirit. From a sizzling BBQ 🍔 to exciting inflatables, face painting 🎨, kids' plant pot painting 🌱, and a visit from an ice cream van 🍦, there was something for everyone to enjoy. A highlight of the day was our charity raffle 🎟️ in support of Forest Holme Hospice Charity, a local organisation providing exceptional palliative care. We're proud to share that, thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised over £700 for this important cause.
