Initial Operational Capability (IOC) has been declared for the first Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) enabled battery of Poland’s WISŁA medium range air defense program. http://ms.spr.ly/6040oZZEk This important milestone marks the system as ready for full deployment and operations to defend Poland.
