We are pleased to have started a substantial refurbishment of an old guest house in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. These works are being carried out on behalf of our valued Client, Livin Housing Ltd. The former Guest house is to be split into two houses and when completed, will meet the future EPC requirements for rented properties. We will ensure that these properties will be given the same quality finish that our new build properties are. A great day today as we handed over 9 fantastic new homes in the Autumn sunshine. These new homes will be home to families in the coming days, these families will be benefit from super energy efficient homes all boasting EPC A ratings.
