I am so greatful to have been able to attend day 1 of B Lab UK event in Oxford -Louder Than Words. (Their biggest event so far!) After such an insightful day and reflecting on my notes. I understood that even though business is part of the problem, it NEEDS to be part of the solution. Our communites need to be included, different markets, cultures, experts in specific topics and fair policies implemented to ensure inclusive practices. Sustainability can feel overwhelming, it’s a big, complicated topic. There can be a feeling of isolation- not enough people showing interest. The need to make it relatable or exciting so people get involved. We had an incredible time at our Summer Party in Erkrath last week! The day was packed with creativity, fun, and friendly competition at our Summer Games 2024, featuring golf, cornhole, Jenga, and slow cycling. It was a joy to see everyone competing, mingling, and enjoying themselves. The evening ended on a high note with an exciting award ceremony, and we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be back in 2025 to do it all again!
