Colleagues in the Cayman Islands recently rolled out their mats for the 18th annual Pilates for Pink event to support breast cancer awareness. Each year, this inspiring fundraising event attracts over 300 participants from across the island for a group workout in support of the CICS Cayman Islands Cancer Society. The event features a 60-minute Pilates4Pink Power workout, inspired by the strength and resilience of cancer survivors. We're proud to support our colleagues in this fun and motivational community event, providing essential financial assistance to local cancer patients and their families. Ogier in Guernsey advised CityFleet Networks Limited, a subsidiary of multinational transport services provider ComfortDelGro, in the £269.1 million acquisition of the Addison Lee group. Addison Lee is a leading London-based private hire, courier and black taxi provider with operations spanning across major cities in the United Kingdom. TISE - The International Stock Exchange has published a new rulebook for the listing of Specialist Companies on its Equity Market, which come into effect from 11 November 2024 🗓️. Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Guernsey advised Barclays Bank Plc on its £70 million debt facility for London Stock Exchange Main Market listed Chrysalis Investments Limited.
