    We ❤️ SDR Leaders

    Do you know who the unsung hero of sales really is... Its SDR leaders Its pretty much a lose/lose role Get meetings, great thats you're job. Don't get meetings you're fired. Do you know how hard it is to: Hire people with ZERO experience People who don't even know if this is the right role Train them from scratch on Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo etc Understanding buyer personas, pain points and value props Cold email / cold calling / video / social selling Keeping them motivated through being rejected 99% of the time The best in your team wanting to be promoted to AE after 6 months Then on top of that: General company problems AE's that don't prospect complaining about having a bad SDR AE's that want their SDR fired because they don't have enough pipeline Bad website messaging Bad product Bigger / better competitors Changing behaviours and channels for prospects The targets for SDR's are monthly, book 10+ meetings, across 5 SDR's thats 50 a month, the amount of activity to hit that is insane, month in month out. Its not landing that 1 big deal for the quarter, being the hero then hitting the golf course again. Its great to see where companies really back their SDR leaders, more companies should do the same. Its the hardest role out there.
