About us

ONO is at the forefront of revolutionising how fleet owners manage road traffic accidents. The Problem We Solve: The moments following an incident are critical. Yet, they are often marred by panic and confusion, compromising the collection of vital information. Our platform is more than an incident management tool; it's a gateway to a world where tasks flow automatically, mistakes are a rare sight, and insights come ready for action. Crafted with fleet operators in mind, our system is a lifeline through the maze of incident management, creating effortless connections with insurers, recovery specialists, repair shops, and legal advisors. Handpick your go-to team and navigate incidents with unparalleled speed and precision. Why ONO? Our unique focus on a First Notification of Loss (FNOL) triggered process sets us apart, knitting together every key player in your accident management ecosystem—from insurers to repair shops—into one seamless, efficient network. Why settle for ONO? Because those "Oh No!" moments don't have to spell disaster. With us, they're the start of smarter, smoother operations and a direct route to cutting costs. Andrew Drewary FCILT MARRM of Road Safety Smart Ltd, says that “60% of the incidents he investigates show organisational failings.” This was a key topic of discussion at the Health and Safety Event 2024 where Driving for Better Business staged a mock trial. Andrews discussions gave awareness to three key points when investigating incidents: 💡 Assess human factors impacting driver performance (fatigue, distractions, medical issues) and whether organisational factors contribute to these risks. 💡 Review driver qualifications, collision history, training, understanding of policies, and reasons for policy deviations. 💡 Identify responsibility and processes for vehicle loading, roadworthiness checks, route planning, and safety-focused driving policies, ensuring these are well-communicated and enforced across the team. At ONO we focus on a no-blame culture when collecting incident data from drivers and we can stick to those values due to our impartiality in FNOL collection. This helps fleet organisations have a clear idea on their incident history and this can help do exactly what Andrew is highlighting: “the crucial thing is to act on the insights you discover. In this way, routine collision investigation can help prevent fleets from suffering serious or fatal collisions, as well as driving down incidental vehicle damage and insurance claims.” The full article, along with the mock trial videos can be found here:

Thank you IATR for sharing this insightful article. 📹 As insurance fraud continues to rise, dash cams are playing a critical role in capturing valuable evidence. It also highlights the importance of fleets using dash cams to analyse driver behaviour as over 70% of fleets crashes in the US are due to distracted driving!! However, cameras are just one piece of the puzzle. ONO steps in to offer a comprehensive database for not only storing dash cam footage but also managing case reports, notes, and documents. With insurance costs surging, having both video evidence and a centralised platform is key to building a solid defense. #InsuranceFraud #DashCams #SaaS #ONO

Fleet loving founder 🚘 Let’s not meet by accident 💥

Renee I’ve…. ✅Set up a new driver and linked him to a vehicle. ✅Added my insurance and linked to my vehicles. ✅Sent a case directly to my local council due to a pothole incident. ✅Onboarded our new drivers and made sure they have the app downloaded. ✅Checked our incident liability report due to our renewal due next month. This is all messages and discussions had over the last WEEK! It makes me extremely proud every time ONO is downloaded and even prouder when I hear my users updating me on their dashboard usage ☺️ ONO was created solely with fleet drivers and operators in mind…..and to receive messages confirming this use case makes me one happy founder!

A busy two days at Highways UK where our CEO was exhibiting. It was great to catch up with some of our customers and also Route Reports who harness Ai technology to help Local Authorities manage road conditions (just one of their many services). The importance of a maintained road network is crucial as this morning we ironically had a pothole incident reported via ONO. Driver off the road, wheel replacement needed and he has no idea how to get this compensated?! We are actively building out our LA connections to get these reports over instantly. Quicker reports, quicker resolution, and quicker road fix!

This post by Hummingbird echoes what we were saying yesterday. Our dashboard allows you to keep visibility on your potential losses (along with lots of other metrics.) For only £2 per vehicle per month. Simple pricing, simple solution. Start gaining visibility with ONO.

🔍 Is your business aware of its loss ratio before renewal As I review claims experience for new customers ahead of their renewals, one thing becomes clear: many businesses don’t know their loss ratio until it’s too late, when the horse has bolted, so to speak. Your loss ratio, the critical metric that compares claims to premiums, directly determines your renewal price and whether you’ll receive any rebates. While it might seem like a minor detail, it has a huge impact on your insurance costs. Think about it this way: most businesses sell a product or service at a profit. Insurance operates the same way. If your loss ratio is too high, the insurer is losing money on your business, and this will reflect in your premium at renewal. Yes, you could shop around to limit the short-term impact, but building a long-term relationship with an insurer and actively managing your loss ratio will likely produce better results over time. 🤝 Don't wait until renewal to understand where you stand. Work with your insurer and broker to stay informed and in control. Need help?
