Operam Managed Solutions UK opened in 2016 introducing a fresh, flexible and collaborative approach to standard outsourced recruitment solutions. It was built on a foundation of 40 years experience through its founders First Recruitment Group CEO, John Upri and managed solutions expert, Simon Woodhouse. With a combination of their extensive experience and unique, unbiased approach, Operam was born Since opening Operam has gone from strength to strength providing tailored flexible recruitment solutions to a multitude of the UK based and international companies. We take pride in delivering the agility and support that businesses need to thrive in an ever changing market Our success is powered by a collaborative, knowledgeable and accountable team that takes immense pride in delivering exceptional results. With over 100 years of combined experience, our team brings a wealth of expertise industry, insight, and dedication to every partnership. The team includes dedicated program managers and highly skilled talent acquisition professionals all working closely together to provide you with essential support and results We are passionate about fostering genuine long-term relationships with our clients working closely with them to understand their needs and develop customised solutions. Our commitment to partnership and continuous improvement allows us to continuously exceeded expectation As a result of one of our client’s extensive operations in Ghana and our successful partnership through a MSP program, we made the decision to establish a local office to better support the evolving business needs. We opened Operam West Africa in 2021 with a dedicated team and infrastructure to reflect the Operam standards in country, further strengthen our local relationship relationships and on the ground capabilities We are now fully registered with the Ghana oil industry regulator, the petroleum commission and all statutory entities in Ghana, providing seamless in country support
