Today is World Mental Health Day. World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on the 10th October. This year’s theme is workplace mental health. This theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations and communities. At Operose Health, we’ve built a supportive colleague community where the mental health of our teams is a key priority. We encourage our colleagues to reach out to us, or our confidential Employee Assistance Programme, if they experience any mental health problems.
