This is the same team that will be installing your system; delivering training sessions and answering our support line whenever you need us. There’s more to running a business than just a good management system and we understand that as you grow, your needs will change. That’s why we’ve invested in providing numerous additional services based on our community’s needs. From VoIP, to broadband and individual bespoke training sessions; we offer many options allowing you to pick and choose what you want, when you want. We have no sales team – choosing to focus on our product and the Optix community. Optix has no initial license fees and no restrictive contract – our users stay because they choose to and together we improve our system. That’s why all Optix users are subscribed to our forum where they engage with other practices, seeking expertise or providing us with product suggestions. We also host an annual Optix conference, where hundreds of users gather for an informative few days out of the office, complete with celebrity speakers, musical performances and the latest Optix updates.
