We are sad to learn of the passing of Eddie Jordan OBE. Jordan was a mainstay of the Formula 1 paddock for nearly four decades, running the Jordan F1 team between 1991 and 2005 before turning to television punditry. Outside of the paddock he was a renowned businessman and investor. We send our condolences to Eddie’s wife, Marie and their four children.

Laila Fitzgerald has joined Freya Lally in the 2025 Club100 Karting Championships as winners of the first Motorsport UK Girls Karting Academy Scholarships. Both came through the F1 ACADEMY DISCOVER YOUR DRIVE Karting UK, a groundbreaking project led by Motorsport UK, F1 Academy, and TeamSport in 2024. Freya qualified for Club100 after finishing as the best placed girl in the 2024 British Indoor Kart Championships.
