We were recently asked to produce a short film to contextualise Place Capital Group's session at this year’s UKREiiF event in May. Entitled ‘Estate Renewal in the ‘New Era of Regeneration and Housing Delivery’ the session brought together a number of industry leaders in front of an audience to discuss the role estate renewal and social housing-led regeneration can play in a comprehensive place-based approach to regeneration to drive the development pipeline and improving the lives of communities. This succinct but poignant and thought-provoking piece was incredibly well received by both panelists and audience alike and sparked a lively and passionate debate about the plight of the UK’s social housing estates.
