🦋 Today is Rare Disease Awareness Day, and we want to spotlight a special partnership with DEBRA UK. DEBRA is a charity dedicated to supporting individuals with one of the rarest and most challenging conditions known as epidermolysis bullosa (EB)—often described as "butterfly skin" due to the fragility of the skin that blisters and tears easily. DEBRA stands out as the only UK charity that not only focuses on medical research for EB but also provides vital patient support. ⚠️ A recent BJGP study has spotlighted a big challenge... GP receptionists are increasingly tasked with clinical roles but lack the necessary training and support. In fact, feedback from practices in Leeds indicated that receptionists wanted more support in their roles.🙌 At Patchs, we are at the forefront of addressing this challenge with our AI-driven solutions. 🚀 How Patchs can help: Since its launch in January 2021, Patchs AI has been instrumental in reducing the workload of GP practices and enhancing patient safety. Ben and his team uncovered new insights showing how unique patient characteristics and the specific health issues they consult about can influence their experiences.
