Pathway Risk Management – Team Leader Training Day. Yesterday, we presented the first in a series of internal training days , led by the Pathway Risk Management advisory team, who delivered a thought-provoking session shaped around our core principles designed to ensure we are ‘useful, polite, resilient & bold’ at all times when representing our clients. The Pathway Chairman, Sir Julian Brazier TD, was joined by Andrew Martin who explored ‘what makes a high performing team' by referencing his time as General Manager of the All-Blacks rugby team. Douglas Wright discussed 'leadership” through the unique lens of 30 years in the British Army conducting special operations, & Pete Dalton, MSyl who delivered an in-depth session on the principals of JESIP and the importance of agency interoperability before discussing the current global and national threats to the events industry. Our next internal training session will conduct a deep dive into the prevailing threats that the UK events industry will face in 2024. #Security #Safety #Service
