I've said before that as a founder if you do go down grant funding - they take a bit of time and are competitive, so you better give it a good shot - watch this to get ahead. In today's lesson on the digital health course, Dr Laura Tan co-founder of Avid Health talks about how to build and validate products. "Make it exist, then make it good." She delves into the concept of MVP and the importance of incremental improvements. Start with the smallest increment: test -> learn -> iterate -> repeat This is a great way to learn more about the role of a product leader and how to stay focussed, and why having a culture of clarity driven by a north star is essential. Laura covers scenarios when things can go wrong, why every company doesn't need to be a unicorn and how clinicians often have domain expertise that can be leveraged. Link in the comments.
