Earlier this year co-authors of the white paper “A People Driven Approach: Delivering NHS Homes” Sarah Hordern and Roli Martin BSc Hons FCA of Global City Futures came together to introduce the aims of the paper and the #NHSHomesAlliance in a live webinar.    "68% of NHS staff surveyed say the cost of property is the number one reason they would be leaving their jobs…" says Sarah as she opens proceedings, and summarises the aim of #NHSHomesAlliance  - to find a solution that provides affordable, sustainable homes, close to work, that is good for our people and the planet.    Recorded live, this webinar really brings the background, themes, and goals of the white paper to life. Most valuably, Roli explains the proposed technical accounting model outlined in the paper, which is currently being tested with HM Treasury by the Joint Ministerial Taskforce led by Lord Markham.
