It was great to see so many of you (and so many new faces!) for ProductTank Bristol 45 at OVO Energy. It was an evening full of engaging talks, networking, and valuable insights. 👉 Nadine Matthews, Product Manager at UK Hydrographic Office, shared lessons from her talk, "When It’s All Going to S**t." She gave us an open and honest post-mortem. We appreciated her openness to talk about failure, and lessons from the real world. She emphasised staying connected to customer needs, especially when navigating fast-moving projects. 👉 Viktoria Korzhova, Fractional CPO at Product People, delivered a fascinating session on "Essential Business Skills for Product Managers." Viktoria explained how product managers can leverage their real-world experience to understand and apply business cases effectively, without needing formal financial education. It was a refreshing take on how PMs already have the tools to drive impact in the business world.
