  • The Procurement Act 2023 will commence on Monday (24th February). Our recent webinar, "How to successfully implement the Procurement Act 2023", gave us an opportunity to understand the questions and concerns those working in the education sector have about the upcoming legislation changes. We’ve collated the questions asked by your peers and the answers given by Jessica Brydon, our Procurement, Quality & Compliance Director (and expert in the forthcoming Procurement Act) during the session. The questions are diverse, covering everything from whether you need to tender for supply staff to what to do if you have carried out your pre-market engagement, but will go to tender after the new Act goes live. You can read the Q&A here: https://bit.ly/41oQHQf The webinar is also available to watch at your convenience here: https://bit.ly/4i7zArs If you have any questions about the upcoming Procurement Act 2023, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, just email contact@place-group.com or call 0845 257 7175.
