Paul has been arrested at East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) with only five hours to raise the £1,000 'bail'. All the money raised will ensure that EACH can continue to offer a family-centred, needs-led approach to care, meeting all needs of the children and young people we care for - whether psychological, physical, emotional, social or spiritual. Our Managing Director, Paul Leivers, has got into a spot of bother and on the 27th February 2025 he will be locked up at East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) in Milton. He will have just 5 hours to raise his bail of £1000. Paul is understandably embarrassed, albeit not regretful of his actions of “incessantly talking about the rise of Nottingham Forest” and would really appreciate your help to help get him released! The PML. team took some time out as a business last week to spend a day and evening at Center Parcs Woburn. We had the pleasure of spending some quality team time together as well as doing Aerial Tree Trekking, Segways and Bowling. It was a great time had by all and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

This project was delivered under the Construction Management method of procurement. PML. had the pleasure of hosting a site tour of St Johns College, 1-11 Portugal Street Construction Management project for the CFCI members last week. The project being delivered under the Construction Management method of procurement is a challenge for the whole team with peat layers found in the trial holes requiring a movement joint between the new and existing buildings. Working alongside MCW Architects, Smith and Wallwork, Greengauge Building Energy Consultants, ROBERT MYERS ASSOCIATES LTD, Affinity Fire Engineering, Turley, RHBC the full refurbishment including Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar, Waste water heat recovery and extensive thermal / air tight works will be complete in the summer of 2025.
