About us
“In the beginning I looked around and could not find quite the car I dreamed of. So I decided to build it myself.” Inspired by these words from our founder Ferry Porsche, everyone at Porsche Cars GB is driven by dreams. First realised in 1948 when Ferry created the first Porsche sports car, the 356 ‘No 1’ Roadster, this visionary ethos continues to guide us over seven decades later. Encouraging us all to chase ambition. To fulfil our true potential. To push the limits of what’s possible. To add vibrancy to the everyday. To dream in full colour. On Saturday 8th March, Soho House hosted International Women’s Day, powered by Porsche at White City House. This year’s theme – ‘Accelerate Action’ – recognised the achievements and contributions of female leaders across different industries including film, TV, music, and beauty. The event featured a series of talks and workshops, followed by a supper club with a live music performance and DJ sets on the rooftop. Porsche supports and celebrates creative female changemakers who have the courage to dream. Ferry Porsche was a dreamer, and his passion and vision changed the automotive world forever. Soho House has created a bespoke cocktail, Simply Kalmado, inspired by Ferry Porsche’s vision, that will be available at Porsche events throughout the year.

The launch of "PCGB Culture meets…" brought the world of motorsport to Porsche in an inspiring panel talk at our head office. Our HR Director Anne-Kathrin Altendorf, was joined by Red Bull Oracle Sim Racer Sebastian Job, Porsche Carrera Cup GB Junior Driver James Wallis, and Porsche Motorsport Operations Executive Lee Brown to discuss what it takes to perform at the highest level in motorsport and how those same principles apply to our work at Porsche. Their discussion highlighted the strong connection between motorsport’s high-performance mindset and our Aspirational Culture, reinforcing the values that drive us forward: One Team, Customer First, Driven Honesty, and Charged with Passion. This panel was part of our PCGB Sim Racing Challenge, a charity initiative supporting our partner Place2Be. A huge thank you to our intern cohort for organising such an incredible event.

Last week, the exceptional talent from across our network were brought together for the 2025 Porsche Centre Management Conference, led by Porsche Cars GB CEO, Krishan Bodhani. We celebrated the incredible success of our teams, achieving the second-highest sales year in PCGB history, an achievement made possible by the dedication, expertise, and passion of every individual in our network. This commitment to excellence was also recognised in our evening awards ceremony, where Porsche Centre South Lakes was crowned Centre of the Year. Adding to the energy of the event, we were privileged to hear from guest speakers Will Greenwood and Ben Fennell, who shared powerful leadership insights on championing diversity, fostering unity, and driving growth. Their words reinforced the importance of building high-performing teams that thrive through collaboration and shared ambition. Of course, no Porsche event would be complete without a glimpse into the future and what a future it promises to be. The excitement for what’s to come is truly electric, and we can’t wait to share more soon.

Porsche Cars GB brought together pioneering businesswomen, athletes and creative industry leaders for an inspiring two days at Soho Farmhouse exploring topics of ambition, achievement, and personal growth. Set against the idyllic Oxfordshire countryside, the event offered a programme designed to nourish both mind and body, with the aim to connect, reflect and re-set. Balancing thought-provoking conversations over good food with immersive activities set amidst the natural surroundings, guests gained a further boost to their inspirational drive. Consistent with the overall themes of innovation and motivation, there was also the opportunity to experience the new electric Macan and Taycan.
