Former Intu vehicle appoints new asset manager across portfolio. Aligning with the recruitment of new chief executive Claire Barber, SGS – the owner of four former Intu centres has appointed Pradera Lateral as asset manager for the platform after a recent recap led by Lloyds. SGS said the move to hire Pradera is to position the company for a new phase of growth.
