About us

We have values that run throughout our business from top to bottom that are present everywhere from our office to our vehicles. HNW Our expertise lies in HNW. From our ability to communicate with and manage the expectations of demanding clients to the way we protect a property from footfall and everything in between. Communication From instruction to completion, communication with policy holder, loss adjuster and any other party involved is one of our top priorities. Manage expectations One of our largest areas of in-house training as it is a skill. When we arrive on a site, it is our management of expectations that allows the rest of the chain’s actions to start off on the right foot. Trust We are a growing company with big values and big ambitions. Without trust, the policyholder will not be comfortable and the client will not be assured of our work. Trust is very important to us at every level. Performance We strive to be the best performing High Net Worth Restoration Company out there. We are as good as our word and only as good as our last job. Our performance is everything to us and we know our clients rely on it. Quality Putting all of the above together enables us to offer unrivalled quality in the way we deliver our service from the technician on the ground and the technology we use to the information that lands on loss adjuster’s desk. Quality comes with care.

We recently responded to a water damage claim where we discovered Buteline piping - a system usually found in commercial buildings - installed in a residential property. What started as a simple repair quickly became more complicated than expected. With specialist tools required and parts not always easy to find, repairs took longer and became more costly. For loss adjusters, surveyors, and insurers, challenges like these can impact claim costs and resolution times. Our latest article explores the practical considerations of Buteline in residential properties, from repair complexities to claim implications. Read the full article here, and let us know, have you come across Buteline in a claim in the past? https://lnkd.in/dWQ7xZgv #DisasterRecovery #LossAdjusters #InsuranceClaims #Plumbing #Pipework #LeakDetection #PropertyDamage #surveying

The decision to partner with The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters as a sponsor this year has come from many years of working with Loss Adjusters on hundreds of property claims and taking the time to understand the challenges they face. Forming strong partnerships with individual loss adjusters creates a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional outcomes on claim journeys. Delivering a service that is seamless and 'in step'. We look forward to using this opportunity to better understand the industry, what we can do to support adjusters more effectively, and share some of our knowledge in drying, leak detection and restoration. #lossadjuster #propertyinsurance #highnetworth #disasterresponse #partnership

London’s mega-basement homes have become a hallmark of high-end living, but with increasing flood episodes in the UK, we look back to July 2021, and the storm that exposed their greatest vulnerability—water. With London's drainage infrastructure struggling to cope with extreme weather, high-value properties in Kensington, Chelsea, and Hammersmith suffered major flood damage. At Prime Disaster Response , we were on the ground during the surge, helping homeowners recover from catastrophic basement flooding. As climate change makes extreme weather more frequent, proactive flood protection is now essential. In our latest article we discuss: 🔹 What is the cause of flooding in this specific region of London? 🔹 What really is under those "iceberg" homes? 🔹 How we manage the specific needs of these HNW homes following a flood. https://lnkd.in/dtbACWUj #FloodRecovery #HNW #LondonFlooding #DisasterResponse #ClimateRisk #Surge #Propertyinsurance #lossadjuster

It can be easy to say how great our customer service is, how we go the extra mile, how our customers trust us etc. but what does that mean in practice? In this new article, a case study from one of our recent claims, we highlight a real, emotive moment when one of our team did go the extra mile for a policy holder in their time of need after experiencing a fire in their home, the aftermath of which can be seen here. Thanks to the dedication from our technicians, it resulted in a great outcome for the lady in question, but also a great outcome for the #insurer, the #lossadjuster and Prime Disaster Response as we have been quickly able to establish trust with the policyholder when time was of the essence. A win all round, and a saved piece of precious jewellery that could have been lost forever to boot! December usually means the annual hunt for Charity Shop Secret Santa gifts, but this year, we decided to swap the silliness for something a bit more meaningful and teamed up to collect gifts and goodies for local families supported by the wonderful South West Herts Partnership. Last year, this fantastic organisation supported 465 families through workshops, home visits, and ongoing help in schools and communities, making a huge difference to children and young people in the local area. To help them continue this amazing work, they launched their Christmas Stocking Filler Appeal again this year—and we were delighted to take part. The whole Prime Disaster Response team got involved, donating an incredible range of gifts now ready to bring some joy to families in need. It’s been so rewarding to come together for such a great cause—and we’re feeling the festive spirit even more as a result. #CommunitySupport #GivingBack #SouthWestHertsPartnership #Charity #ChristmasAppeal #CorporateResponsibility #Teamwork #PrimeDisasterResponse #MakingADifference
