Earlier this week, Faye Dolan, Jack Neath, and Samantha Cousins met with our Contractor Partners Tilbury Douglas for the 3rd progress meeting on the Oldham Old Library restoration, procured via the Procure Partnerships North West Framework 🏗️ This project will restore the Grade 2 listed building to its former glory, and has already generated an impressive £7.7m in social value add! Steel frame and metal decking: Complete ✅ Morgan Sindall Construction has shared an exciting progress update on Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, procured via the Procure Partnerships North West Framework. This new facility will include an 18-room NICU, a new Emergency Decisions Unit, Paediatric Admission Unit, and Urgent Treatment Centre👩🏻🍼 Once complete, it will eliminate the need for transferring babies to Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust for specialist care - Stay tuned for more updates!
