The deadline for submissions for the PFR/MSCI 2023 Real Asset Manager Survey is fast approaching. If your organisation would like to take part, please complete your survey. PFR has run this market leading survey for the last 18 years and last year, 230 real estate and infrastructure fund managers took part. The Global Real Asset Manager Survey returns for 2024   2024 will mark 18 consecutive years of PFR’s Global Real Asset Manager Survey and we are looking for new managers to take part! The survey, and subsequent report, will be produced in conjunction with MSCI Real Assets, a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community. The survey will include the most comprehensive manager rankings split, for the first year, by both REAL ESTATE and INFRASTRUCTURE.  Key tables will be: 1.  total assets under management 2.  total value of segregated/separate account mandates under management 3. total gross asset value of unlisted funds (collective investment schemes) managed 4.  total value of listed funds managed We are hoping to add to the existing 228 global investment managers that took part last year to create an even more extensive picture of the institutional real asset market.    The results of this survey have become the definitive market resource for the real estate community so make sure you don’t miss out!   If you would like to take part in the survey or would like to ask any questions, please contact Jane or Ellie at Property Funds Research:   Jane Fear: jf@propertyfundsresearch.com   Ellie Fatharly: ef@propertyfundsresearch.com
