Our exam board specific trackers calculate the grade exactly as the exam boards do and they’re pre-built, doing all that accurate tracking for you - live! We empower you to understand the human side of data through analysis of key subject, topic and skill areas in real time. We onboard and train all who will use it, or need to understand it, and provide support that is continual. We can even upload the data for you to kick things off quickly and easily, with onboarding taking as little as one week. When your entire school is using our grade trackers, you can be confident your teachers are making decisions based on meaningful data. An accurate and up-to-date view of your whole school gives you the ability to instantly pull reports on any individual student, for a single department, a group of departments, or at whole school level.

A few colleagues have asked about KS4 assessments and the tools we used for predicting grades. Pupil Progress was first introduced 18 months ago with a need to support HoDs in accuracy of predictions and adopting a 'no surprises' approach to data entry. Great for overview, subject level breakdown and student tagging. Highly recommended and a key part of my 24-2025 strategic plan.

Last week, as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our team's mental health, we hosted a mini-workshop to mark World Mental Health Day 💙 The session was led by Laurence Davies, our Director of Operations, who has spent much of his career delivering mental health training to companies across the UK - "This is a passion subject for me, having spent a decade working in the mental health sector. So much transactional workload around a data point that we miss out on the opportunity to align the students with their data. One of our schools reported that students approach to assessments had dramatically improved as they knew they would receive a personalised report afterwards. Let’s rethink assessments and student reporting.
