Q5's Jennifer Gramolt was recently invited to participate in a panel discussion at the Oman-UK Business Forum, focused on how to enable women to access the current economic and commercial growth that Oman is investing in as part of the Oman Vision 2040. Panellists shared insights on what has worked in other markets and regions globally and how these learnings can be applied to empower women economically in Oman. As Jen commented, with 70% of private entrepreneurs in Oman being women, and with more female than male engineers graduating there every year, the scene is set for new Omani industries such as green hydrogen to potentially be world-leading and women-led!
